Back of House Details:

  • Ensure that all back of house tasks and processes are completed per our company systems

  • Ensure that the presentation of the input area is clean and free of clutter

  • Enter inventory, price and hang, minimum 140 items per day per our pricing guidelines. (A 4.5 hour shift could look like: 2.5 hours Entering, 30 mins Tagging, 45 mins Steaming, 45 mins Administrative)

  • Research pricing for items not in our pricing guidelines

  • Print and attach price tags to newly entered items

  • Steam and prep items for sales floor per operations manual

  • Tracking back of house KPI’s

  • Taking inventory and re-ordering back of house supplies as needed


Lead Details:

  • Assume Store Manager responsibilities when Store Manager is not present, i.e. breaks and days off (To include but not limited to Manager opening and closing, help in customer service and general floor duties, giving employees the option to leave early if it is slow, calling in more employees if it is busy, finding a replacement in the event of call out and sick days, direct employees in the event of an emergency situation)

  • Cashier duties using POS system and rewards program

  • Provide polite and courteous customer service

  • Resolve customer and employee disputes and relay information to Store Manager

  • Greet consignors and explain consignment process and Worthy Girl contract

  • Go through consignors’ items to select pieces for consignment that are consistent with our brand and fall into 1 of our 5 core style categories (Otherwise known as Intake)

  • Ensures the visual merchandising standards for the store are met

    Responsible for ensuring that the stores inventory and integrity is maintained

  • Ensures compliance and adherence to policies and procedures, standards and practices, and company directives

    Protects company assets in compliance with company safety and security procedures

    Reacts quickly to all customer and employee injuries and reports to Store Manager

    • All calls and emails will be responded to within 2 hours whenever possible and within 1 business day at the latest
